Our Church
From ages 0 to 100, Sunset Coast CLC is filled with a diversity of people from all over the world. Our church is filled with people from over 45 nations. Increasingly we are seeing people join us from African nations such as Kenya and Zimbabwe, to European countries like Italy, Germany, England and Ireland. People from all walks of life call Sunset Coast CLC their home.
Since its establishment in 1998 Sunset Coast CLC has continued to grow in influence and impact as well as enabling us to give better service to our community, from becoming a family for many, to being a blessing to people all over the globe. The Senior Pastors of Sunset Coast CLC, Gerard and Sue Keehan, were originally on staff at Hillsong Church, Sydney. Ps Gerard and Sue also planted the Hillsong Church in London before establishing Sunset Coast CLC in Perth.
In recent years Sunset Coast CLC has established multi million dollar facilities in the heart of Joondalup which are assisting Sunset Coast CLC in providing more space for our youth and children as well as being able to give better service to the community. We believe church should fill all people with great hope for an awesome life and future. In line with this we have established many areas of service where people can find ministry opportunities. For all in the southern part of our city there is now our exciting South service each Sunday @ 5pm at Murdoch University.
Sunset Coast CLC aims to have church that is relevant, contemporary, easy to understand and exciting.
The expanding ministries of Sunset Coast CLC include a bible college and a fun, energetic, and well-staffed and safe children's ministry. Sunset Coast CLC is a diverse, dynamic and fast growing church.
We believe that the church and the message of the gospel truly is the answer for our world.
